Spring ‘25/Summer ‘25

Hello TBE Family,

I can’t tell you how excited I am to be your new President! My history with TBE goes back to 1974, when I attended Camp Kadima here and knew that someday I would call this temple home. Fast forward to the summer of 1995, and as I was driving down 14th Avenue, I saw a little sign that said, “Preschool Now Accepting Students,” much to my excitement. I immediately turned into the parking lot, met the Director, and fell in love all over again with TBE. My husband Steven and I were so excited that TBE had a preschool! From there, it was an uphill climb to get the Preschool to what it is today.

Both our children attended the Preschool and JLC and became Bar and Bat Mitzvah here. My family has celebrated with so many of the TBE families, and said goodbye to very special people who will be missed, and know that their memories are truly a blessing to our temple family. I have witnessed many changes over the years and I am looking forward to where our temple will go in the future…all good!! As I said in the beginning, I am excited to be your President and to work with our awesome leadership and staff to help make TBE home to all who want to be here!

Summer at TBE may be a quieter time of year, but camp is in full swing, our services are still attended by our amazing members, and we are working on so many wonderful programs for upcoming dates. Be sure to read your Trending every week and keep up with all the fantastic events at TBE.
