Gospel Shabbat
This is the most soulful Shabbat of the year, without question. This service prominently features “The Jubilate Gospel Choir” in collaboration with our own fabulous Cantor Manny. Jewish prayers mixed with inspirational hymns…all done in Gospel style with REAL Neshama. You’ll be clapping, singing and dancing in the aisles, as we truly bring the house down on this night each year. This service is always packed, so get here early!

2nd Saturday/Shabbatstock
At Temple Beth El of Hollywood, our 2nd Saturdays/ShabbatStock has become a cherished and innovative gathering which in turn, creates a vibrant and joyful Shabbat experience. Featuring a “Folk-Rock Service, led by our band, JewGrass Revival, the morning is infused with community spirit and interactive elements, offering a unique and welcoming space where everyone, including furry friends, can connect, celebrate, and find meaning in contemporary Jewish life. The first 50 in attendance receive a free specialty coffee of their choice from the La Vela Coffee Cart!

Klezmer Shabbat
A service that hankers back to the small villages in old Europe. Familiar Friday night prayers done in the style of a good, old fashioned Shtetl wedding band. Lots of foot tapping and clapping, such a fun service featuring top-notch professional musicians who team up with Cantor Manny and Rabbi Aaron Sataloff for a truly fun service.
