Higher level learning is what we all do when we think deeply about a problem or situation. The children will stretch their thinking and get a deeper understanding of a subject. Moving beyond Who, What, When, Where, and Why is important to create a solid base of content knowledge. Preschooler’s learning can be deeper and more complex. Asking children more complicated questions helps them become self-directed thinkers.
